Where do I get Ecamm Live?
Where are the files I just purchased?
First of all, thank you for your purchase! If you did not download your files from the website directly after your purchase, they will be emailed to you shortly. Sometimes there is a short delay sending out emails, but if you do not receive your files within 15 minutes, please check your SPAM folder. If they are not there, contact us and we'll resend them.
Where can I get free music for my streams?

What is the size and ratio of the overlays?
Our overlays have a ratio of 16:9, which is what you need for professional live streaming on YouTube, Facebook Linkedin, and Twitch. The size is 1920 x 1080. If you stream in 720, the files will downsize. If you stream in 4K, they will upsize. We will be adding files specifically for 4K in the future.
How can I edit my files?
You can edit the .PSD files with any software or app that supports .PSD files. We recommend using a free online editor like PhotoPea.com if you do not have Photoshop. The .PNG files do not need to be edited, as they are ready to upload. However, if you would like to change the colors, you can also use PhotoPea.com or Photoshop and adjust the color with the Hue feature. If you need all of the layers for detailed editing, please contact us.
Can I edit the overlays in Keynote?
Yes, to some degree. However, if you want Keynote specific templates, please have a look at Bradley's site for themes you can fully edit within Keynote: https://store.bradleyteaches.com
Will these work on other streaming platforms?
Yes. While we made them with Ecamm users in mind, they will work with any streaming platform that allows overlays and the ability to move or crop the camera sources, such as OBS, Streamlabs, and vMix. Our overlays will NOT work with StreamYard, Melon, or ReStream, because the camera sources are fixed.
Can you set the overlays up for me?
Unfortunately, no. However, we do have video tutorials that can help you with this. You can watch them here.
Can I have a refund?
Yes, you can. We offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. We only ask that you no longer use our overlays and graphics if you request a refund.
Can I resell your overlays and graphics?
No. You can not resell any part of our overlays or graphics.
